1. Who controls your information
TIS Media is the controller of personal information collected when you visit this website, contact us or book an Amazon PPC review.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to ishjot@tis-media.com. Our secondary contact is tis.mediaa@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Booking information submitted through Calendly, such as your name, email address, timezone, meeting time and answers to booking questions.
- Information you send directly by email or discuss during a call.
- Basic technical information used to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information and request logs.
- Campaign and website activity information, including UTM parameters, a Meta Pixel PageView, Google Analytics page activity and optional booking-funnel events where permission has been given.
3. Why we use it
- To arrange and manage requested meetings.
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential services.
- To deliver services where a client relationship is formed.
- To protect the website and investigate technical problems.
- To measure advertising visits and, after you consent to optional measurement, booking-funnel activity and confirmed meetings.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Depending on the activity, we rely on your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent. You can withdraw marketing measurement consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
4. Services that process information
We use service providers where needed to operate the business. These may include Calendly for scheduling, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and security, Meta for advertising measurement, Google Analytics for website measurement, and our email providers for communications.
These providers process information under their own security and contractual arrangements. Calendly may display its own cookie choices inside the embedded booking calendar.
5. International processing
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
6. Retention
Enquiry and booking information is normally retained for no longer than 24 months where no client relationship develops. Client and financial records may be retained longer where necessary for the service or required by law. Security logs are retained according to the operational policies of our hosting providers.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses of your information. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
Contact us first so we can address the issue. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its effective date.
